Reflexology And Expectant Mothers

Tuesday, October 22nd 2013 2:52pm

Studies have shown the huge impact reflexology can make on issues important to expectant mothers.
Reflexology can be of great benefit to any expectant mother says a new report in Reflexology Research Project Presents. These benefits can include less time spent in labour, less use of painkillers and more chance of avoiding surgery for the birth.

The use of reflexology is both appropriate and of benefit both during pregnancy and when they are in labour says the report. Of course a maternity reflexology course is part of the training available with Sheila Nugent. To see the full story go to the link at Expectant Mothers
